Arizona Medical Billing has provided custom care to medical professionals for twenty years.  We are a family owned business and provide jobs for Arizonans.  We do not outsource our input.

Our contracts are simple.  We want our clients to stay because they are happy with the service we provide.  We ask only one month's notice before separation.  We have long term clients, not long term committments.

Arizona Medical Billing was founded in 1986 by Marianne  Baird,   a former surgical RN, with twenty years experience in billing, coding and appeals.  Her business started with her son, a small town GP.  Almost immediately, new clients came calling and a hobby business became a new career. 

In 2000, Eilleen McConville joined the team as office manager, bringing with her a stunning capacity for organization, retention of detail, intelligence and humor.  Curently, she heads a staff of twenty-three.
