Whether you need coverage for a two week vacation, or you need to permanently fill a position, we have an answer.
Medical billing is a time sensitive process. Letting work sit while your staff is on vacation or extended leave has a hidden cost: claims age out. You need consistent revenue to run a business. We can put a temporary employee on an open job within one to two days. You'll have to acquaint us with the specifics of your practice, but we know your software and we're ready to start working. We can input demographics and charges and we can tear into your aging and shake loose stranded payments. You don't need to hire staff or squeeze a new desk into an already crowded space in order to catch up. Hate paying for additional software licenses? Not necessary, we work the night shift.
If you need help for two weeks, our goal is to do that for about what you pay your regular employee, minus benefits. If you want a permanent employee (and you can decide that at any time) we'll give you a lower price. If you're so happy with our service that it just makes sense to let us do your billing, we'll find a price that's even lower.

The Truth
Let's not mince words. I'm talking about outsourcing. The first thing I'll say about that is that your patients don't need to know. Management is in Phoenix, Arizona and we oversee all communication. This is an American company and we are insured as such for any mistakes, omissions or errors caused by our employees. 

Insurance is a concrete guarantee against malfeasance, but my risk is low. My employees are proud to have solid upper middle class jobs which they take seriously and work with maximum effort. They get things done accurately and efficiently because they honestly believe the path to a better life is hard work. That is not irony or sarcasm, that is a work ethic. Five years ago the hospital that supplies patient information for a large surgical pathology group moved to a new server which could not be accessed for six weeks. We couldn't lose trained employees so we kept them on staff, always expecting this would be the week to start catching up. It took five weeks to get caught up and it cost thousands of dollars in overtime. The work was sloppy and when the money came in it never quite came to what would have been collected without the disruption.
